The Ethic of Our Firm
McSweeney, Cynkar & Kachouroff was established as a law firm concentrating on trial and appellate litigation. By design, we are small, flexible and experienced. The firm’s organization minimizes administrative expenses and maximizes responsiveness. We invite comparison of our fee structure with that of other firms, especially large ones.
We represent businesses of all sizes, as well as governments, public interest organizations, and individuals. Lawyers at MCK routinely litigate against lawyers in the largest law firms and lawyers representing governments at all levels. We have tried hundreds of cases, including scores of jury trials, and represented clients in numerous appeals and administrative proceedings. Our experience includes appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court and the highest state courts.
We are committed to professionalism, efficiency, and accessibility. We believe that the size of our firm and the collective experience of our lawyers provide clients with quality representation at a reasonable cost. At MCK, we handle each case with the creativity and flexibility it deserves, and we are committed to our client’s ultimate goal – whether to resolve a dispute, achieve a commercial or policy goal, or simply to get justice.
