Robert J. Cynkar
Bob Cynkar is a trial and appellate lawyer who has been an active member of the Washington, D.C. and Virginia legal communities for over 35 years, both in private practice and government service. On behalf of individual and institutional clients, Bob has handled numerous cases in federal and state courts across the country, and briefed appeals in the majority of Federal Circuits, in State Supreme Courts, and in the U.S. Supreme Court, personally arguing most of them. Those cases involved a diverse range of issues, from business regulatory issues, property rights and takings issues, ratemaking and energy regulation, through environmental, toxic tort, and serious personal injury issues, to the defense of First Amendment Rights.
